These Terms and Conditions replace all previous issued by Webbline – UK.
We reserve the right to amend them at any time.
This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions cover the supply by Webbline – UK of any product ordered by the customer.
By using our website you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Should you disagree with them, or any part of them, do not use this website.
Formation of Contract
All orders from the customer shall be treated by Webbline – UK as an offer to purchase goods.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order without giving further details.
Placing an Order
Once Webbline – UK has received the customers order and full payment we will proceed to despatch your order.
If there is any problem with delivery of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative product or refund of the cost of the said item.
All goods are presented and described as precisely as possible.
The customer must read the details of each item. It is the customers sole responsibility on the choice of their purchases.
Webbline – UK requires full payment before goods are despatched. All amounts shall be paid in Pounds Sterling by – cleared cheque, debit or credit card paid direct to Webbline – UK or through Paypal, as shown on our website.
All addresses must be given by the customer in accurate, precise and clear print.
Webbline – UK will have proof of despatch to the address given by the customer.
Webbline – UK will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post or by carrier because of incorrect or insufficient address. In the event of loss no refunds will be given.
The carrier/postman will need a signature to confirm successful delivery.
Please complete the prompted e-mail address and/or registration to enable us to inform you when the goods have been despatched.
In the event of cancellation of an order Webbline – UK will fully refund all money paid providing the goods have not been despatched.
The customer can refuse delivery from the carrier or postman.
On receipt of the goods returned to Webbline – UK and verification of the unopened parcel and goods within Webbline- UK will refund the costs of the goods.
Any paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason. This must be done within seven working days of the customer receiving the goods.
When Webbline – UK has verified the goods are undamaged and unused, we will issue the refund for the goods only.
Please be sure to e-mail or telephone Webbline – UK if goods are being returned by the customer. The contract is with the originating customer and no other.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Webbline – UK shall have no liability to the customer for any delay or failure caused by events outside our control.
Including but not limited to – fire, floods, strikes, lock-outs, or any natural disaster that interrupts transport, or any governmental authority or failure of public communications.
